  • When can I take my first Vacation?

    You can avail your first Vacation within a week, of making the first payment of your membership fee. You will be assigned a membership ID and a joining kit as per your vacation grid and resorts / properties you have selected

  • How do I book my Vacation?

    To book your Vacation, you need to log into www.wow4me.com and then avail a membership plan as per your choice, and make payment as per options available on vacation grid.

  • How early should I make my vacation booking?

    There is no time constraint, any location / resort along with Check In and Check out (falling in the same vacation grid), so member can book anytime to avail the first year of vacation. In addition, Member can even block resorts and date they would like to visit for balance subsequent year(s) of membership or within the same year. However, a reminder shall be sent to member by WOW4ME automatically to reconfirm or change the vacation 60 days prior to dates blocked for visit.

  • How do I gift my vacation to a friend or familly?

    Member while booking can specify the name of guest member, number of rooms etc.

  • Do you charge any annual subscription or maintenance fee.

    No, at WOW4ME we do not charge any annual maintenance or subscription fee.

  • What documents should I carry with me when checking in?

    While checking into resorts, we expect our members to carry their WOW4ME Voucher(s) generated electronically and same are always available on the dashboard of member. As per your vacation grid the specific / required data of the member will be shared to the resort owner so that check-in and check-out and your stay is hassle free.

  • How does vacation grid work?

    Vacation grid is a platform to facilitate members to plan their vacation. It provides information about the available resorts, which is intended to help members while purchasing their vacation in advance or any available option at the last minute. If the member intends not to avail their vacation that year, they can exercise the option to defer or club or gift their vacation to near and dear ones, not only this if you have paid entire amount you can avail entire vacation duration with your family and friends in the same year in one or more slots.

  • How early do we need to inform that we are not availing vacation or there is change in original vacation plan?

    Once a member decides not to avail any blocked vacation they can inform / surrender / gift their vacation 45 days prior, so that our other members can avail the option and plan their vacation those who are looking for change. If member decides to cancel or completely defer to some other vacation slot, nights will be credited back into the member’s account, Members are allowed to cancel and rebook the vacation slots latest before 25th day of check in date.

  • Is there any vacation cancellation charges?

    No, cancellation charges, but need to inform 45 days in advance as all slots have already been pre allotted.

  • What is the difference between various grades of membership?

    Objective of various bands of membership is to offer comfortable and memorable experience fitting into all budgets, only difference is category of resorts.

  • What documents do I need to submit to purchase a WOW4ME?

    The documents required to purchase a WOW vacation:
    i. Email ID and Phone Number
    ii. PAN Card
    iii. ID Proof: Passport / Aadhar card

  • How I can make payment for the package I have selected ?

    You can block the vacation plan by paying Rs 5,000/- online and pay the balance payment online or through cheque or RTGS, you can also chhose for various payment plan(s) as prevailing at various point in time, our admin manager shall assist in case you need to pay in installments.

  • What is the difference between WOW4ME and other vacation options available in the market?

    We are providing something that others do not provide in the market, so there is no comparison.
